 I certify that the above information is correct to the best of my knowledge.  I have read and understand the rehearsal and performance schedule and expectations for the marching band for E.C. Glass High School.  I understand that if accepted in the marching band, we accept the responsibility to pay/fundraise the $225 band fee ($175 Regular Band fee and $50 overnight trip costs) and will abide by all school and band rules and expectations.   Guard members will have an additional $25 uniform/equipment fee.   School-owned instrument players (percussion, tubas, baritone sax, mellophones, baritones, tubas, etc.) will pay an additional $25 rental/maintenance fee.  I also understand that if I quit or am dismissed from the marching band for attendance or disciplinary reasons, I may not receive a refund on my band fee or uniform and instrument fees.
